

Amateur Shooting Dog
The winner came from brace 1. Jojo had a strong forward race with
several large moves, including a beautiful find at 15 minutes on top
of the far ridge where a chukar from previous trials was flushed. She
continued hunting intelligently and was rewards with 3 other finds –
all with great manners and style.
The runner up came from brace 4 – Rebel. At 11 minutes Rebel was seen
standing with the other dog under a bird. The handler fired and all
was good, showing impressive manners. He two more finds, one being a
covey, all with great manner and intensity. He finished strong to the
front.
Open All Age
Nova was named Champion. She was cast off into the thick grass and was
found standing at 10. Everything in great order. Released again she
had another find at 15 to the front. She then made a move to the back
of the course where she was rounded up for the tough turn and sent
forward. She was seen way to the front and then gathered up for the
road crossing. She finished far to the front on a find.
Hewey, from brace 1, started off strong and was found standing on a
feather pile at 15. He continued making large moves and as we circled
the back of the course and was sent forward he made a huge move to the
front and was found standing at 42. He finished strong to the front.
Open Shooting Dog
Pie was release at 9:38 and after the thick grass made a nice move on
the far hillside where she was rewarded with her first find. 20
minutes later after another great move he was found standing for her
second find. She was always to the front with great style and
intensity on her birds.
Tank came out of the 5th brace and had a solid run with some nice
moves to the front. Although not as consistent as the winner he still
demonstrated a strong desire to find birds and great range. He had a
find in the last few minutes to secure runner-up after a great run.
