NGSPA CLASSICS COORDINATORS FORMS
Complete the following forms after the Classic has been approved by the NGSPA Board and your annual membership dues have been paid.
Pre-Classic Form
(Submit at least 45 days before the event)
- NGSPA Classic Approval Form
- Classic UKC AD - American Field allows any NGSPA Member Club to run a Classic simply by placing a 6“ ad in The UKC FIELD for $165.

Post-Classic Forms
(Submit within 10 days after the event ends)
- Classic Essential Data Form
- Classic NGSPA/UKC Write-Ups & Photographs
