NGSPA CHAMPIONSHIP/CLASSIC MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

  • NGSPA Championships must run in accordance with the NGSPA Championship Organizational Requirements.
  • Championships/Classics must pay the $50.00 annual membership fee before the due date of January 1st.
  • An NGSPA Championship/Classic Renewal Form must be submitted. (Online form located below)
  • Championships must list a delegate to proxy vote at the annual Delegates Meeting at the NGSPA Nationals if an officer cannot attend. NOT valid for Classics.

NGSPA Championship/Classic Membership Renewal
DELEGATE PROXY - Rules will be Enforced
1. If an officer is not attending proxy is required to vote.
2. Each Championship delegate can represent only 3 clubs - confirm in advance.
3. Each Classic delegate can represent only 1 club - confirm in advance.
4. Delegates vote at the annual Delegates Meeting at NGSPA Nationals.
5. Last-minute delegate changes must be emailed to NGSPA National Secretary Sherri Tangsrud.
6. No advanced written notice - No delegate vote!
7. A new club holding a Classics does not get a vote.
